Using HireAFDE
HireAFDE is a specialist managed matching platform for Forward Deployed Engineers. Employers submit requirements and enterprise clients submit enterprise enquiries. Engineers apply to join the network. All submissions are reviewed by our team.
AI-assisted matching
Automated systems may assist with structuring requirements and suggesting candidates. Introductions to Forward Deployed Engineers are reviewed and approved by a person before being shared with a client.
Introductions and engagements
HireAFDE introduces engineers to clients. HireAFDE is not a party to any engagement contracted between an employer or enterprise client and an engineer, and does not guarantee outcomes, placements or savings.
