How FDEs are reviewed
Applications to join the network are reviewed before any profile is introduced to a client. We look at deployment experience, technical capability, customer-facing experience and supporting evidence. Each profile distinguishes between information verified by HireAFDE, information supplied by the FDE, and information taken from public sources.
HireAFDE introduces engineers to clients. HireAFDE does not directly employ every FDE and does not guarantee the outcome of any engagement.
